Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Recycle Hawaii for the Hilo Downtown
Improvement Association's Zero Waste Halloween Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
