Subject: testimony on roads bill
I am writing in support of Bill 63 about the public private roads initiative to be changed to Bill 82. This is about a State Statute
for county road improvements. I live in Ala Ohia Estates in Volcano. And I have been studying problems of subdivisions for the
League of Women Voters of Hawaii County for several years. Roads are the continuing problem in almost every subdivision I
have studied. Please help by clarifying this new process.
