BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 23-51, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Lanikāula St Rehab Kīlauea Ave to Manono St – County (110.388.5381.85)
Lanikāula St Rehab Kīlauea Ave to Manono St – Fed (110.388.5381.84)

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
