Aloha Policy Committee on Health, Safety and Well Being,
Please vote to improve the neglected, under -funded, private road infrastructure of Puna subdivisions!
-Bill 82 has recently been sponsored by the office of Matt Kaneali'i-Kleinfelder (District 5) and creates a process for private
roads that are used by the public to receive improvements from Hawaii County DPW via an application process, on a case
by case basis.
-A vote will be held by County Council's Policy Committee on Health, Safety and Well Being at 4:OOPM on October
17th,2023
