The road network in Puna is quite inadequate, and poses hazards to human safety and economic activities. I support Bill
82. Traveling to activities, businesses, or friends in various subdivisions trashes my car, causes the need for costly car
repairs, and limits my mobility. I fear for my friend's safety if there is need for ambulances.
