I am writing in support of Bill 82. As a 9 year resident of Black Sands Beach Subdivision I have seen our roads deteriorate, with
many sections of our communities roads nearly impassable.
I am concerned about ambulances, fire trucks or other emergency vehicles accessing our community members during an
emergency, or evacuation, due to large potholes and washed out sections of streets.
Please support this bill that will allow our property owners association to work with the county to improve our subdivisions
roads, and quality of life.
