The proposed amendments are shown in Ramseyer <br />format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 304-23, where the material to be deleted is <br />bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is bolded and underscored. <br />The title is amended to read as follows: <br />"RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH AND <br />DEVELOPMENT TO AWARD FUNDS TO THE HAWAII [LAE3] LOCAL2030 <br />HUS." <br />A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 304-23, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted due to <br />the limited scope of this amendment.
