Re: Proposed Amendments to Resolution 304-23, Resolution authorizing the Department of
Research and Development to Award Funds to the Hawaii Local203O Hub
Please see below, the proposed amendments to Resolution No. 304-23, amending the name of the
nonprofit organization receiving the grant. The proposed amendments are shown in Ramseyer
format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 304-23, where the material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is bolded and underscored.
The title is amended to read as follows:
"RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH AND
DEVELOPMENT TO AWARD FUNDS TO THE HAWAII [LAE3] LOCAL2030
HUS."
A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 304-23, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted due to
