Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs, to which was referred
Resolution No. 310-23, reports as follows:
Resolution 310-23, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako via Communication No. 533
dated September 29, 2023, authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Judiciary,
State of Hawaii.
This resolution establishes the terms and conditions of use and responsibilities between the
Department of Finance -Vehicle Registration and Licensing Division and Judiciary to allow the
County access to internal eCourt Kokua
Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Resolution No. 310-23, and recommends its adoption.
