Attached please find Resolution No. 208-00, Draft 3, submitted by Corporation Counsel
for the Council's review and consideration.
This proposed Draft 3 of Resolution No. 208-00 proposes acquisition of private properly
situated in Papa`aloa, North Hilo, Hawaii, for a public right-of=way as well as
abandonment of a roadway portion of Ochiro Road which fell into the gulch.
The subject roadway is from the end of Papa`aloa Subdivision, Increment 1-A to Ochiro
Road, has been providing access to the surrounding landowners after a section of Ochiro
Road servicing the area fell into the gulch.
