AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 23-50, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2024.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 23-50, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section I hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following
