Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Office of' the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to the Hip Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council to assist with expenses related to the I lawai`i Island Veterans Day Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
