We have the opportunity to really make change and in so doing bring a model to the rest of the world. A model for
environmental sensibilities ,a way to manage our resources in a sustainable way supported by the local community.
seal off Kumukahi until we have a comprehensive environmental/maintenance plan in place and enforceable.
