I live in the Koa'e neighborhood near Kapoho, and have been following the effort to preserve the culture heritage and
ecological habitat of Kumukahi. I am grateful to the various stakeholders who have collaborated on how best to protect this
unique area, and pleased that Resolution 330-23 is informed by their work. The resolution takes some valuable steps, and I
support its adoption. Please vote yes.
