County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Cancellation of
Construction Code Permit Applications, Permit Expirations, and Permit
Extensions.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 84, Draft 2. At its meeting on November 1, 2023, the Council
amended Bill No. 84 with the contents of Communication Nos. 516.1 and 516.4, resulting in the
attached draft.
