The purpose is to provide additional sight distance at this intersection. A location map and the request from the Hawaii Police Department are attached. Other (See Remarks) REMARKS: There is limited visibility for vehicles atteripting to execute a left+-turn from Mano Street onto Kinoole Street when vehicles are parked in the last 2 parking stalls on the East side of Kinoole Street, just North of Mano Street.
