REMARKS: There is limited visibility for vehicles atteripting to execute a
left+-turn from Mano Street onto Kinoole Street when vehicles are parked in
the last 2 parking stalls on the East side of Kinoole Street, just North of
Mano Street. This situation could possibly be made safer by eliminating these 2
parking stalls which would increase visibility for vehicles on Mano Street.
