Subject: Bill 82
I am submitting testimony regarding Bill 82. As a former HOA President for a subdivision unable to repair our roads due
to the cost, and as a member of Hawaii County League of Women Voters, I support this bill. The LWV-HC has been
studying the subdivision governance problems for three years. Road maintenance was a problem in every subdivision.
