Article 7, Section 19-53; and Chapter 19, Article 11, Section 19-90, of the Hawaii
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to the Creation of a Long -Term
Rental Class for Real Property Taxes.
Please see attached a bill for an ordinance amending chapter 19, article 1, section 19-2; chapter
19, article 7, section 19-53; and chapter 19, article 11, section 19-90, of the Hawaii County
Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), relating to the creation of a long-term rental class for
real property taxes.
