Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to No Nd 'Opio to assist Nd Hoa 0 Puna Soccer with its Nd
Hoa Cup tournament.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $7,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
