Attached please find Bill No. 201-OQ, Draft 2, submitted by Corporation Counsel for the
Council's review and consideration.
This proposed Draft 2 of Bill No. 201-00 amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6,
Section 24-288, Schedule 36 (Freight loading zones) subsection (c) South Hilo, of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition) by adjusting the existing parking stalls to
accommodate the new freight loading zone on Kamehameha Avenue, mauka side, from a
point one hundred fifty feet Puna of Waianuenue Avenue and extending thirty feet in the
Puna direction.
