Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
I am pleased to nominate Alan Okinaka to the Banyan Drive Hawai`i Redevelopment Agency.
Alan has been an active member of several community groups throughout his life, always eager
to serve those around him. He served in the army and has also been a board member for JCAH
(Japanese Community Association of Hawaii), a Rotarian, and a member of, the HICC (Hawai'i
Island Chamber of Commerce) and JCCIH (Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of
Hawaii) committees.
Alan is well-recognized by members of his community for his dedication to service and is eager
to extend his reach even further. If confirmed, he will serve a term ending May 31, 2025.
