SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 287-23, Draft 2; A Resolution Urging the Office of
the Mayor to Require That All Board and Commission Meetings Provide Virtual
Access for Public Participation, Live Viewing, and Post -Meeting Viewing.
Attached please find Resolution No. 287-23, Draft 2. Resolution No. 287-23 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 497.18, as duly approved by the Council during its meeting on
December 6, 2023.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23 -1 (d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 287-23, as amended to Draft 2.
