Chapter 19, Article 7, Section 19-53; and Chapter 19, Article 11, Section 19-90, of
the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to the
Creation of a Long -Term Rental Class for Real Property Taxes.
Attached is Bill No. 104, Draft 2. Bill No. 104 was amended with the contents of
Communication No. 600.1 and approved by the Committee on Finance on December 5, 2023.
