Aloha,thank you for the opportunity to voice my thoughts on this bill.
As the 2005 county general plan states,this area is a place of natural beauty. Why would further commercial
development be supported?Shouldn't we be moving towards restoration of this place of natural beauty?
A used car lot and storage can thrive in town in any busy commercial area. It is inconsistent to have an area doing
double duty as both a place of natural beauty and a commercial car lot. If there are any changes to our beloved
Keaukaha, it should be towards the reduction of large, unsightly and polluting commercial enterprises.
