Aloha County Council members
This is a testimony in opposition of Bill 87-Zendo Kerns reques on behalf of Aloha Kia to rezone from Resort to ML-
Limited industrial for a proposed service station with 135 parking stalls on sensitive coastal land.
Coastal lands play an important role in the overall health and welfare of our community and ocean that sustains us.
We need to be mindful of our impact on these resources via runoff and pollutants.
We also need to consider sea level rise, increased king tides and the impact of industrial activities within Tsunami zones.
Open space is crucial for view planes, wind movement and groundwater recharge into the aquifer.
Please oppose Bill 87
