Dear Honorable Councilmembers,
Banyan Drive and Reeds Bay are one of the special places in Hilo. It is that location where local residents and visitors come to admire
the historical and unique beauty of this area.
There is a parcel in that location under consideration changing the zoning from resort to light industrial to accommodate a business like
an ugly car lot.
The developers pushing this agenda has no love for keeping Hilo a unique town as it is. I urge you to please vote"NO"to this zoning
change.
