Aloha,
I am a teacher in Hawaii. 7 years now. It is very sad to watch our keiki struggle to focus and get through a 60 minute
period. My students estimate that more than 50%of students, often time the poorest and more vulnerable are caught in
the throes of this addiction.Yelling and gyrating when they don't get their fix. Are business and profit more important?
Apparently yes. Do the right thing and support this bill.
