Aloha Chair Heather Kimball and Councilmembers,
My name is Carter Collins. I live in Kokoiki, very near to Old Coast Guard Road. I am
visually impaired, and my caregiver and friends have assisted me walking on Old Coast
Guard Road for exercise over most of the 10 years that I have lived here. In its present
condition this has not been possible for about a year and a half. If the road gets fixed soon,
then I'm back in action! So, let's keep the good news coming.
