Aloha council members,
I ask that you please support the negotiation and acquisition of Old Coast Guard Road (TMK: 5-6-001:062) for
all of the reasons stated by members of the community in the North Kohala District. Living in Kona, particularly
as public coastal access protection to Honoipu/Puakea. I get far too few opportunities to visit that area but
love my memories of it and imagine that many, many more residents are depending upon that access and
protection than there were back when I visited that part of the island.
