Aloha,
I am a long time resident of North Kohala and am writing to voice my support of County Council Resolution 328 23
calling for the mayor to enter negotiations for acquisition of Old Coast Guard Road and that the road be transferred in
fair condition.
I use the Old Coast Guard Road often to see the sunset,watch for whales and walk or hike with my dog.Thanks to some
residents of this area who also care about the access it provides,the road is currently in better condition than it has
been in the past and will hopefully be transferred sooner rather than later.

Please give this matter serious and prompt consideration
