Subject: Resolution 372-23
Aloha Chair Kimball and members of the Hawaii County Council,
I am writing to urge you to reject the funds requested by the mayor's office to hire
counsel in Hui Malama Honokohau v. County of Hawaii
This resolution does not constructively address Hawai'i County's waste water
problems. County resources are better spent on materially fixing our broken waste
water systems.
I strongly urge all of Hawaii County government to focus on health and well of people
and aina, verses legal maneuverings and gambits.
Please do not fund Res 372-23.
