Aloha Chair Kimball and members of the Hawai`i County Council, Please do not approve the funds requested by the mayor in
Resolution 372-23. Maui County spent a ton of money and wasted many years trying to do the same thing and the ultimately
lost in the Supreme Court. Let's not make that same mistake. Let's fix the problem and upgrade Kealakehe Wastewater
Treatment Plant and respect our lands and water. It is really very simple to do the correct thing.
