Aloha Members of Hawaii County Council,
I am writing today in support of Bill 104.We MUST do whatever we can to improve the availability of housing for our
people.This Bill is a step in right direction and I would expect it to have zero to little opposition. It won't completely fix
the situation, but it will help and that is no small feat.
