Aloha, my name is Zahava Zaidoff and I am resident of Ka'u district.
I stand in strong support of Bill 104.As a County, we desperately need more housing for residents. This tax incentive will
help us meet our goals of creating an affordable life for residents of Hawaii where moving to the continent will no longer
be the only option.
I urge the county council to pass this bill as written.
