Good Morning I am Stephanie Bath Kurtistown resident since 1981.
i am testifying on behalf of myself and family today. =a{{
I had intended to testify remotely however I'm not sure I can with Puna Internet connections being poor from my iome.I woke
with laryngitis and mild cold and didn't want to go to the satellite location.
You have heard from me consistently in support of Bill 82.
I am very grateful to you as a council for creating a process to address the health and safety issues created decades ago by
allowing substandard/lacking infrastructure.
By adopting this bill you are demonstrating your understanding of this serious issue plaguing our county districts.
These are exciting and uncertain times.
As we move forward through these uncertain times,prioritizing crucial issues,I have faith that the needs of our County will be
realized.
Bill 102
Please pass bill 102.We can move forward into the future, insuring that Hawaii County does not support obvious health risks
to our keiki/residents/visitors.Addiction is a tough one to deal with. It is prudent in a preventative way to eliminate all tobacco
produces.This will be a weaning process.
