Edition, as amended), Relating to Improving, Grading, Repairing, or Construction
Work Upon Private,Nondedicated, and Non-Surrendered Roads.
Attached is Bill No. 82, Draft 4. During its meeting on December 20, 2023, the Council amended
Bill No. 82, Draft 3, with the contents of Communication 496.49, resulting in this Draft 4.
