She has an Associate <br /> of Arts degree in Business from Hawai`i Community College. She has served as a private <br /> secretary for the Hawai`i County Fire Department, and she worked for the County of Hawaii <br /> Corporation Counsel for 34 years until her retirement in 2016. <br /> Cathy has a deep understanding of how the county works and will be a valuable addition to the <br /> pension board.
