SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 AND CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE
4, SECTION 14-20, OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION,
AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE REPEAL OF BED AND BREAKFAST
AS A PERMITTED USE.
Attached is a bill for an ordinance amending chapter 25 and chapter 14, article 4, section 14-20,
of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), relating to the repeal of bed and
breakfast as a permitted use.
Please place this bill on the agenda for the second meeting in January 2024 of the Policy
Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Development.
