Quitclaim Deed for a portion of Government HomesteadRoad and a 30-foot-wide
Right of Way
Transmitted herewith for Council approval is a resolution accepting the Quitclaim Deed
from State of Hawai`i, Board of Land &Natural Resources to the County of Hawai`i. I am
requesting that this matter be placed on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 Committee meeting.
Also attached is a copy of Exhibit A and Exhibit B to the Resolution as well as copies of
approval letters from the various departments concerned.
