Re: Resolution Establishing An Appropriation
Enclosed is a resolution establishing an appropriation for the Parks 8v
Recreation Administration section. Presently, maintaining appropriate ledgers
for 6 sections of the depaztment is being done manually. By computerizing the
office, work can be done more efficiently and effectively.

B. BACKGROUND AND NSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDEDI:
The Parks and Recreation Administration office needs to purchase a computer. The
computer will be used by the Senior Account Clerk position to maintain the appropriate
ledgers for six sections of the department. The work was previously performed
manually. We are computerizing our office as we feel that the use of a computer is
more efficient and work can be done more effectively.
