REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: January 9, 2024 Re: Comm.No. 661/Bill No. 114 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:41 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 114, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 114, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 661 dated <br /> December 20, 2023, amends Ordinance No. 23-50, as amended,the Operating Budget for the County <br /> of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in Federal Grants—Opioid Settlement Funds account($478,400); and <br /> appropriates the same to the Opioid Settlement Funds account.
