Subject: Amend Bill 107 to exclude DHHL Lands From The PMAR Study
I'm writing in my testimony to oppose Bill 107 as it is written.
It must be amended to exclude DHHL lands from the study.
Our DHHL Keaukaha and Pana'ewa Homesteads have carried the brunt of major industrial activities all around us,for years,
and years,and years!The pilau odor of the sewer plant in front street Kalanianaole that we were forced to have to smell all our
growing up days .
Relocating families in back street Keaukaha to Pana'ewa,for the growth of the airport. Major Hilo Harbor,and its expansion
occurring as we write this testimony.All the huge gas trucking refueling stations by the harbor.
Having the rubbish dump behind our DHHL farmlands in Pana'ewa.
Enough.
I strongly oppose this Bill 107 as written. c
