Subject: AMEND BILL 107 TO EXCLUDE DHHL LANDS FROM PMAR STUDY
I oppose proposed bill 107 as stated.This bill must be amended to EXCLUDE DHHL trust lands from the PMAR study. Our
DHHL communities of Keaukaha and Pana'ewa have suffered the brunt of development and are currently over burdened
with the rubbish dump, airport, drag strip,gun range, military training facilities, Big Box stores ( home depot, target, etc)
and the wastewater treatment plant all adding to the traffic in our community.The proposed PMAR study will only
further exacerbate our already taxed community. IF THE BILL IS NOT AMENDED DO NOT PASS IT'
