I am writing once again to strongly support bill 82. One of the two main ingress/egress roads into a
4000+ lot subdivision (hawaiian acres) is hardly worthy of being called a road. Once again i followed
an ambulance down as it slowly maneuvered the roadway. This road is used by not only landowners
but tour groups, fire, police, school buses, senior handicapped vans etc. We do not have mandatory
dues and such a small portion of lot owners pay the volunteer fees that even this one main road
cannot be repaired. we are in desperate need to help. Over many years i have sat on committees
and written these testimonies in support of some type of county help and the answer is always to
push it down the line. Will you finally be the county council to vote on something worthwhile? or will
you join the past councils in punting the ball once again? Please help. SUPPORT BILL 82.
