Subject: Oppose Bill 110
I very much oppose Bill 110 that bill would require all property owners to provide contact information
to the County and suffer a penalty for those who do not provide said contact information to the
County. This is a little too coercive for a supposedly "free populace". It should be voluntary if at
all. Please, I urge you to either amend this bill or vote NO.
