SUBJECT: Update and Presentation from Animal Control Administrator Matthew Runnels
regarding progress of establishing the Animal Control and Protection Agency
We respectfully request approximately 15 minutes for an update, to be followed by 30 minutes
for discussion with Animal Control and Protection Agency Administrator Matthew Runnells.
Administrator Runnels will be providing an update on the progress and status of establishing the
Animal Control and Protection Agency, its operating procedures and infrastructure.
We request that this presentation take place on committees scheduled for February 6, 2024.
