AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 23-51, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2023, TO JUNE 30, 2024.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 23-51, as amended, relating to public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, is hereby amended by adding the
following projects:
