Aloha to all concerned, my name is Philip Andriano. I have been a resident of Volcano for over 18 years, my home is located at
11-3895 5th St. I have lived on the islands since 1972, attended the University of Hawaii Manoa,and graduated the Culinary
Institute of America in NY. Returning to Hawaii I worked as a Chef Instructor for the Community Colleges. I am retired now and
one of the reason for owning property in Volcano was specifically to be a part of the Airbnb family.As a chef I will be on
premise preparing meals for my guests as they enjoy their visit to Kilauea.Offering a unique experience to their visit would not
only benefit my guest but it will also afford me an opportunity for income. I truly hope you understand the need for these
services and how restrictions would create much difficulties for many property owners. Mahalo for your consideration in this
