Aloha
As a 17 year host operated VBRO member I would like to point out a few things .
This VBRO is on a 5 acre parcel with my home and owners home. It is also a working coffee farm. I work
the coffee field for the owner who are elderly and it is there home wich is the rental that off sets the
coffee needs .
This is a private gated property and the closest neighbor is atleast 7 acres away.
There have been no complaints as I run a very hands on approach with guests.
I provide work for the cleaning crew and coffee workers who are just regular folks trying to make ends
meet.
The owners and I have always followed every rule that has been laid out as we are just trying to survive in
these trying and hard times. So I would like to ask if there are more rules and regulations to be done
please do so with thoughtfulness to the folks who are just trying to make a go of a life here .Thank you for
listening to my concerns and input.
