I'm opposed to this bill that would significantly and adversely affect homeowners in Hawaii. Hawaii is a high cost of living state,
and to survive monetary obstacles many residents are renting out homes for their sole income.We are very hardworking
citizens and we will be driven to other states if this bill passes and this cripples us.We are buying and renovating,this
rebuilding wealth and tax revenue on the island.This bill spills significantly hinder progress in Hawaii.
